S S Institute of
Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Davangere was created in the year
1958. It is situated right in the centre of Karnataka at a distance of 260 Km
from Bangalore on the NH-4 Bangalore-Pune National highway.
SSIMSRC is located at 14°28' altitude and 75° 59' latitude
with an elevation of 602.5 mts above the mean sea level. S.S. Institute of
Medical Sciences & Research is spread over an area of 130 acres. The focus
is always on providing students with an environment that helps learning and
imbibing a positive value system. This can be seen in the lush green
surroundings.

Sciences, Karnataka. SSIMS & RC is devoted in developing a critical,
self-reliant and inquiring approach to medicine, flexible enough to prepare the

means and practices.
S S Institute of Medical Sciences admission Procedure:
SSIMRC Admission: The candidates qualified in 10+2 /
equivalent examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology &
English are eligible. The candidate aged should be between 17 years of age to
23 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission.

Procedure:
Students who have completed 10+2 with good marks in
academics. CET or COMED-K Exams to be compulsory taken.
