KLE UGAIET Test Admission Tickets 2013

1. TAT cards can be downloaded by the candidates from the KLE University website : www.kleuniversity.edu.in w.e.f. 25th April, 2013.
2. The TAT Card will indicate the Roll Number & Examination Center allotted to the candidate with its address.
3. The candidate must not mutilate this TAT Card or Change any entry, made therein after the university authorities have authenticated it.
4. In case a candidate does not receive the TAT Card ( Hall Ticket ) by First Week of May, 2013 he/she should contact KLE University office immediately. Arrangements will be made for the issue of duplicate TAT Cards at the ’Help Desk’ established on previous day (i.e First Week of May, 2013) at respective examination centers.
5. In such a situation, candidate should bring two identical copies of his/her photographs which is affixed to application form along with his/her proof of submission/posting of online printed application form or school / college identity card or photocopy of the submitted application form. In case no proof is submitted duplicate TAT card will not be issued.

Notes :

1. Candidates are not required to enclose originals of any certificates with the KLEU AIET exam application form.
2. The candidates should invariably mention their name and the number of the KLE entrance exam application form ( as printed on it ) on the back of the Demand Draft.
3. The KLE UGAIET applications must be sent by registered post / speed post / courier.
4. The application must reach either by hand or by post to the above address on or before 22nd April, 2013.
5. An incomplete application KLEU AIET 2013 form & an application form which is not accompanied by a demand draft of the prescribed KLEU AIET 2013 fee of  2000/- will not be entertained & processed.
6. This fee should not be sent by money order. This fee is non – refundable.
7. This KLE University will not be responsible for any delay or loss of the Application / Admission Card / Counseling Letter / any other communication in transit. Such a delay will not be condoned.
8. The applicant himself / herself has to ascertain from the KLE University office whether his application has reached to the KLE University office or not.
