Dr. BR Ambedkar
Medical College was founded in the year 1981 by Ananda Social and Education
Trust, with the aim of providing education to all the people of society majorly
the poor ones. The curriculum for the courses is as per the guidelines of the
Medical Council of India and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, which
awards the various degrees & diplomas. The college has its own hospital and
offers best in class facilities in Infrastructure.
Dr. BR Ambedkar Medical College has a hospital annexed to it
that accommodates nearly 600 beds. The college has a great status since its
inception has given the country a number of good doctors.
Dr.B.R.Ambedkar is a father of the Native Indian Structure,
the star celebrity directing the destinies of the community who motivated us to
take upon ourselves the time-consuming task of running this college.
In this college
of twenty five miles of land at Kadugondanahalli, the trust operates a medical
education such as medical center, college of Medical, education of Medical,
Paramedical institution which has universities of physical rehabilitation,
medical research laboratory Technology and Radiography.

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS):
MBBS Stands for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of
Surgery. Typically, MBBS (Medicine and Surgery) is a 5 or 6 years course,
minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2) in science with more
than 50%marks. Surgery is essentially the process of utilizing instrumental
techniques on a person by the doctors for investigating as well as treating a
pathological condition, for instance disease or injury.
