Centre (SIMSRC), Bangalore was created in the year 2011 and it is managed by
Sri Srinivasa Educational & Charitable Trust with the only objective of
providing quality based medical education.
The college is a part of Sapthagiri group of institutions.
The college is recognized by MCI and is belongs to Rajiv Gandhi University of
Health Sciences (RGUHS). Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences &
Research Centre will search for to be center of excellence in medical education
and health care services at the national level.
The centre provides multispecialty tertiary care hospital
and super specialty hospital for the purpose of teaching MBBS and postgraduate
students in addition to catering to the health needs of the people in
preventive, therapeutic and rehabilitative domains. The institute will attempt to
be among the top ten medical colleges in India in the spheres of medical
education, research and health care services.
